This Shipping Policy is part of the Terms and Conditions of Himmy Boutique by Luz and applies to all purchases made through our online store.

1. Order Processing

All orders are subject to availability and payment verification.
Orders will be processed only after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Processing time is 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-demand periods, promotions, or special events, processing times may be extended.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: inventory availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship within Puerto Rico and the United States using postal or courier service providers.

  • Puerto Rico: 2–5 business days

  • United States: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimated and begin once the order has been shipped. They are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to modify shipping rates at any time without prior notice.


4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information, if available.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid email address and monitor tracking updates.


5. Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

Himmy Boutique by Luz is not responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping costs.


6. Delays and Liability

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and title for the products pass to the customer.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date.

We will investigate the issue with the carrier; however, we do not guarantee replacements or refunds in all cases.


8. Failed Deliveries

In the event of failed delivery attempts due to customer-related issues, the package may be held or returned by the carrier.

Any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.


9. Policy Acceptance

By placing an order through our online store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy in full.
